SteveB83 Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Got a new modem (arris s33). Confirmed connection to the internet by connecting to the modem directly. Connected the R2 to the modem and network status says “disconnected” and no internet. What am I missing?

Did you go through the setup wizard on the R2 with this new modem or just connect them together? Once connected together you may need to reboot the R2 from the interface to initiate a connection.
SteveB83 Posted April 3, 2021 Author Posted April 3, 2021 Yes. I’ve rebooted the r2 multiple times. At the moment the network status wan ip is disconnected. The r2 wan ip is set to dhcp.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2021 Administrators Posted April 3, 2021 First try disabling IPv6 in WAN/LAN Settings, then reboot from the interface. If that doesn't work do you have another router to put between the modem and R2 to see if it gets a connection that way?
SUSxSPENSE Posted May 20, 2021 Posted May 20, 2021 I am having the same exact problem. I have been trying for about 4 hours now. It was working fine. Randomly around 1 am it stopped. Just finished turning off ipv6. Now it shows internet but won't allow me into dumaos not with the https or my IP numbers

Sorry to hear this, could you try a different browser or an incognito window? It may just be a cache issue.
