WAN bandwidth is set to a lower value than actual speed

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a new finding about XR1000.

My Internet speed by ISP is DL/UL 300/100 Mbps.

But It seems that XR1000 always set the baseline speed for Congestion control as DL/UL: 93/40 Mbps.

My question is what is the maximum Internet speed if the QoS is enabled.

You need to set your correct speeds in Congestion Control. Go to QoS page and open the burger menu on Congestion Control, click on ‘Set Bandwidth Speeds’ and enter your actual speeds

As above, please do that and it should work. Don't worry about the speed portion of the test at the moment we're still improving that, check using speedtest.net and you should get the speeds, the router is perfectly capable of reaching them.
