Geo filter not working on PC Cold War

I did what I read on a guide. I changed the pc in device management to PlayStation and chose Manual.  Since choosing call of duty PC doesn’t have Geo filter   

but when I’m searching for a game of Cold War I cannot find a single game.  I’m trying to use the same server/radius that works for me on my PlayStation.  
am I missing any settings or done anything wrong?.     I’m just wanting to use the same settings/server I use for my PlayStation on my pc.  Thanks.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your Geo-filter setup and I'll see if I can see anything that's immediately wrong?
