I need help setting up my R2. Having problems with network security key mismatch.

I am trying to set up my R2 router. However I encountered an error and hit the reset button to set it back to factory settings. I also rebooted the router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and I made sure that the cord was connected into Port one and put in the password that was on the underside of the router. However I keep getting the message network security key mismatch. I don't know what to do and I'm about to send the router back. I'm furious this should be a plug-and-play situation but it's been anything but that. I've already spent two hours going back and forth trying every possible scenario. I need help immediately

Is there anyone out there in netduma that can help me? Otherwise I just have to send this thing back and get my money back tomorrow

I was able to finally get in once I hardwire that directly to my laptop

Unfortunately even though I can connect to the net while I'm hard-wired I still can't I access the internet wirelessly
