Hey everyone,

Got Netduma R2 I have it connected as per the manual to my modem.

it was working last night could connect no problem.

On my ISP I can see the Netduma R2 connected to my router and the lights are on (Power,Internet,2.4, 5 plus the ethernet port)

Today I cannot connect to the internet on my PS5 via the wired lan cable.

I also can't connect with my Mac/Phone via the wifi.

It is not my internet because I could connect my PS5 to the ISP router no problem.

Please help!!

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. On the ISP router give the R2 a static/reserved IP address and then reboot the R2 from the interface and see if that prevents the disconnects happening in future.
