JeemyW Posted March 25, 2021 Share Posted March 25, 2021 Need help. Brand new netduma keeps disconnecting over and over again. Have to keep resetting it and it comes straight back on. Losing wirless and Ethernet when it does this. Happening every 10 minutes or so. It’s connected to Virgin Superhub 3 in modem mode. Have been through setup and tutorials and factory reset once already but haven’t made any changes other than passwords. Can anyone help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Could you please connect directly to the V hub and set a reserved IP for the R2? Then take that IP and put it in the V Hubs DMZ and see if that helps.
