Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. On the System Information page in the Rapp panel options, change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router from the interface and see if it works after that

so that did resolve my problem however now i have this problem my xbox and playstation are fighting for the same port and giving my playstation a moderate nat type. I can change the port on my Xbox but it only gives me extremely high numbers. Will this cause lag playing on call of duty if I do so?

They're using different internal and external ports which is normal. Where are you viewing the NAT type exactly?

You could try manually port forwarding port 3075 and 3076 for when the two devices are both online at the same, see if this helps?

Does the console show NAT Type 2? If so it's likely a misreading on the game. If you disable the Geo-Filter and reboot the game it will likely show open. You should port forward with it off initially.
