As stated in the title. Netduma r2 not loading syncler on firestick 4k. I get an unresponsive error. It works with old router with no problem. It works on my phone with no problem( connected to same wifi). Anyone run into this issue ?

Edit: I downgraded the firmware and now it's working. 🤷🏻‍♂️. And it's not working again.

I will try this on friday when I get back to my girlfriends. I did a factory reset last night before bed and now it wont take the password on the bottom of the router. i gave up and went to bed. I will tackle it this weekend.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Let us know how you get on. Ideally connect via ethernet to set it up again but if that isn't possible you may need to use the password conversion method here to try and connect via the WiFi http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-my-new-netduma-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work

Alright, I disabled all of the settings as suggested. Still having the same issue. Netflix, hulu, disney +, all seem to work. Maybe has to with the scrapers or maybe real-rebrid doesn't like it.

Is it connected to the WiFi? If so I'd suggest disabling mirror mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names, applying, then rebooting the router, wait 2 minutes and then connect it to 2.4 or 5GHz and see if it works then.
