invisible
I recently bought a R1 off a buddy of mine. Is there a way to reset this to factory settings? How do I update the latest version? When trying to set the VPN error message says failed login. I have used the username and password I set up in the settings tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 14, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 14, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! What firmware version are you currently on? We can give you the DumaOS 3.0 beta but need to make sure you're on the right version though first. You should have access to the interface where you can factory reset - depending on the version you can do this from clicking the ? or 3 dots icon on the top right of the interface or by going to Settings > Miscellaneous. The VPN can only be used with an OpenVPN compatible VPN subscription so you would need to purchase that separately.

Connect to the R1 and navigate to 192.168.88.1 in your web browser.
