Johnny40
HI, I'm not getting this error on my router. The day started with the router dropping internet a few times. I have rebooted my modem and Router several times, finally got the internet back but now getting this error. What does it mean and how to I fix it? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 13, 2021 In System Information Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot that should get rid of the error. Also what firmware version are you on? It just means the Rapp (feature) failed to load.
Johnny40
ok, i just went under installed rapps and changed the number from 3 to 5> I have Rd 3.0.179 currently. Has there been an update? I checked and thought I saw that this was still the latest

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 14, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 14, 2021 Make sure you reboot after you have done that. That is the latest currently yes. We're testing a new version at the moment which looks promising and may be a candidate for a release soon.
