Christian Emery Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Good Morning, I've started to get slow loading times on the dashboard and Rapps, sometimes they fail to load entirely. I have tried rebooting the rooter. For example Device Manager gives the error: "Error: This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute." Any suggestions please?
Netduma Liam Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Welcome to the forum! Could you go to System information -> Click the three line menu on 'Installed Rapps' and change the retry attempts to 5. See if this helps!
Christian Emery Posted January 26, 2021 Author Posted January 26, 2021 Had to do a factory reset. Wireless system ceased working and could not connect to the dashboard via a wired connection.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 26, 2021 Administrators Posted January 26, 2021 Sorry to hear that, are you on the .179 firmware or are you using .123? If so I would highly recommend upgrading and then doing a factory reset as that firmware should be more stable.
