Décodeur TV UHD Orange sur NightHawk XR500

Bonjour,

Le schéma est donc le suivant :  Fibre => ONT-SPF + MC220L => XR500.

If it's easier for you we can switch in english :)
So, I've followed your advice and modified the NAT Filtering option to "Open", but I still have the same issues.

In addition, when I apply an update on the router settings, I can see some freezes on my TV (for example, when I change the SMTP settings and apply it).

I can see in the logs a lot of creation of NAT rules by the uPnp. Maybe we can do something on this side ?

That would be easier thank you! Perhaps if you put the TV in the DMZ that will prevent any issues, it seems like it requires a lot ports! You're welcome :)

Unfortunately, freezes and Wifi losts still appears. And we can see that there is attempts of connection from the outsite with the TV Box in the DMZ.

Lets switch tactics on this, upgrade to the beta and factory reset. Re-setup and then in Traffic Controller make a rule to allow ALL traffic to the TV and see if that helps.

I've installed the v2.3.2.108 and for the moment, it seems to work perfectly ! Thank you :)

What did you change on this version ?

I'll let you know if the issue appears again.

I've just a little problem with my NAT rule.

My Synology NAS hosts some Web Servers. Using a reverse proxy on the NAS, I just have to NAT the trafic from the 443 of the router to the 5691 of the NAS.

Before, i worked with the Livebox, I can't understand why it doesn't work with the router.

I added a rule on the router, but I can't access to my website from outside. Can you help me on it ?

Thank you again for your help :) You saved the end of my week-end :D

That's great to hear, well a lot of things have changed as it's 3.0 so more features and fixes. Understood, in System Information what is the WAN IP the router gets, is it your public IP? If not could you tell me what that is please?

You're very welcome, sorry we didn't get it sorted earlier!

I confirm : the WAN IP and the public IP are the same !

Ok, I'm able to connect to my site using https://myIP

I have a domain and I manage the DNS using cloudflare, with a A Record sub.domain.tld redirecting to my public IP.

When I try to access to https://sub.domain.tld, it doesn't work.

It's like the router doesn't transfer info from the request. The result is the reverse proxy on the Synology NAS can't resolve the redirection (because he waits for https://sub.domain.tld:5691)

Hi,

It seems that the port forwarding doesn't work if I use a A Record instead of the IP.
My previous solution with the Port Triggering doesn't work anymore

I also have an issue with my Wireless Printer (Brother DCP9020-CDW). I can connect it on the router but my computer is not able to transmit it my prints ...

Good news, the IP TV still work :D

I resolved my port forwarding issue.

For Cloudflare DNS Proxied, you have to switch NAT Filtering to Open and disable SIP ALG.

For my printer, I can't find any solution anywhere :(

It's weird because, from the Brother Software on my computer, I can make a scan (so, the connection is available), but when I try to print, I get an error...
It's like the print queue was not transfer to the printer.

Is there a known issue with wireless printer ?

Is there a way to log all traffic througth router ?
