Is it the first time you're powering on the router after you received it? Did it happen randomly? Have you tried connecting it to a different power outlet? Tony Cortez Williams Posted January 22, 2021 Author Share Posted January 22, 2021 Hello Netduma Fraser I was playing WarZone and got kicked off the game lost connection I troubleshooted and saw the NetDUMA R2 wasn't powered on.
