Is it the first time you're powering on the router after you received it? Did it happen randomly? Have you tried connecting it to a different power outlet? If you have and it still doesn't work do you have a spare power adapter of similar voltage to see if that works?
Tony Cortez Williams Posted January 22, 2021 Author Posted January 22, 2021 Hello Netduma Fraser I was playing WarZone and got kicked off the game lost connection I troubleshooted and saw the NetDUMA R2 wasn't powered on. I've connect it to another outlet still no power. It seem like its a short in the power adapter slot.

That's great to hear! Consider emailing us [email protected] and they may be able to send you a replacement adapter.
