theaveragejoe Posted January 18, 2021 Share Posted January 18, 2021 I switched from the XR500 to the R2 yesterday. Once the R2 was on it worked, got into the dashboard and ALL I DID was run a benchmark, used the ping heat map just to see, and changed my wifi info. Once I did that I exited out. From there the problems started. My wife's phone could not connect, the wifi would give out to our firesticks randomly, and worse yet I could not get back into the dashboard it just took me to a netgear problem page. To make matters worse I reset it and plugged it back in and now it provides no internet to anything. I wired in my PC, my PS4, and 2 Laptops. Nothing. I don't even know where to start on the issue, Please help the R2 is allot of money and I have been a supporter of this company for years now.
