Could be a port issue perhaps, switch NAT to Open and try again please

Just tried with NAT set to Open, no difference, it pulls up an error after about 3/4 minutes of watching.

Okay I have just installed this firmware exact same issue, looks the same with a checkbox with no text besides it in the Confiig, also BT Sports will cut off after 3/4 minutes of runtime.

Did you factory reset after install? If not please do so. This was the firmware they first provided with this functionality and it did fix it for the other customer so should be working

Factory Reset, cleared Cache & Cookies, still looks like this:

That's very odd, while the feature is enabled, when the disconnect occurs could you get the log file from the System Information page please and post it here

There isn't much there in the log, did you reboot after the disconnect before getting the log?

I did think that as well, but nope no reboot.

Okay leave it with me, I'll need to pass it on to Netgear to reproduce and see what the issue is.

Nothing yet, I did pass it on to one of the XR leads, I'll chase them up and will respond when I have some news.

Hi Fraser,

Just checking in as it's been a while.

Unfortunately I haven't had a response so I've chased them up again, there is not much else I can do other than that I'm afraid, I will keep trying.

There's been a new firmware since, but they don't mention including this. I'd still suggest upgrading to it and checking but otherwise I'll ask Fraser to chase them up again.
