I done test over and over recived same results would this be a isp problem or is there any settings that could help?

to me its not a true test.. i get 600dn 45up and on this test i get 400up 35dn

Maybe check your device manager for what link speed you get..

Where the 3 Lines are next to Network Map Click there and change the option to Table

Also check www.speedtest.net for your actual speeds

i  see  but tats not my speed does that show router ok its a line fault?

Who's your ISP provider?

Whats there actual figures they have promised you

 

Is your cable from router to PC cat 6?

 

There is a lot of factors that could cause you slow speeds

click the 3 lines

 

set bandwith speeds and change to 1000/1000 and repeat test

its  was awful at 1000/1000 but i see how it works now.

The speed part of the test uses a particular server, if it's not very close to you then it may appear as though your speeds are slower, if you get normal speeds through speedtest.net that is what you'll actually be getting and can ignore the speed part of benchmark.
