IPTV With Netgear

Hi guys, i know this was an issue a while back but still having the same issue now, i have IPTV and BT sport box, neither will work with the Netgear XR500 router, in settings i have tried the setting i have ticked now, but should i use a different setting https://gyazo.com/716bd605e3f0adb0aefb66a5004f7a90 Or anything else i should do ? as it really does not like this router, as soon as i plug a BT router back in it all works.

From what I remember it had issues from release  have you tried the beta of 3.0 to see if its been fixed.?

I thought 3.0 was on for people with the R1 router, i have the XR500.
