this sever is for dicord and it sucks and i block but i wont look for east coast sever that my buddy has it on

Thanks for your post, I'm just looking to clarify what it is you're looking to do here.

Are you looking to allow a server from outside of the radius you've set? Or are you looking for a specific server that your friend is using but cannot connect to it?

it connect to the one cross the world i want the one in NYC if I close discord 6 times it will finally pick up NYC I live in ny not Europe y does it try to connect to Europe even if I radius big no strick and no filter

The one you have blocked in the EU is a low ping which means it is mislocated and actually a US server so I would suggest you allow it instead and then it will work.

when I allow it my friends can barely understand me when I'm on the other onr clear as day that's y i wondering whats going on ? it does say us east on discord but on EU sever is on dis jumps like crazy its annoying to have restart discord 6 times sometimes less average 6 lol

Remove that and give your PC a PlayStation device type in the Device Manager and then re-add to the Geo-Filter and see if it is any better then.

It really depends but it is the better version of filtering in my opinion. Make a Traffic Prioritization rule for your PC:

Source: 1-65535
Destination: 45000-60000
Protocol: UDP

and see if that helps when you connect to the one appearing in the EU.
