Is the XR500 speed limited??

I have a XR500 and upgraded my Internet connection. I'm now on 500mbps, previously 50.

 

When I connect the to the XR500, I only seem to get up to 100mbps max on any devices?? 

 

I've tried turning off the Qos but it makes no difference, even if I turn the device up to 100% (says 499mbps) - with only that device plugged in, it doesn't make a difference. 

 

The Ps4 tests at around 50mbps through the XR500. But straight through the router it's 250+

 

Is there an issue or does the XR500 max out at 100mbps??

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. On the Device view of the Device Manager what does the link speeds say for the ports? Provide a screenshot if you can please.
