Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 13, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2020 We're still testing it so our advice may change but we did put out an update for Ping Heatmap so you can see where all the servers are and their pings. There seems to be a lot more servers than in previous games so have a look and try forcing some others.
braido1x
Unfortunately I’m no longer using 3.0 wish I was though now there’s more servers to target is there a way I could chain the two together with just the r2 used for the PS4 and the xr500 for the houses internet ? Depends what your connecting both them routers to? Like ISP router/modem or just an ordinary modem?

braido1x
Nice one mate cheers - I love the r2 and it’s gaming features but prefer the xr500 for the houses Wi-Fi

Think you can only have one DMZ, so I would put the R2 into DMZ.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 14, 2020 I'd recommend doing ISP router > R2 > XR500 (AP mode) R2 WAN in ISP DMZ. All devices can get the benefit of the XR WiFi speed/range but you can control all devices via the R2 and prevent any NAT issues.
