need VPN help

Hey, welcome to the forum!

What VPN provider do you have a subscription with? Is it PureVPN or HMA or did you add the OpenVPN Config manually? If the latter can you provide the config file please? Does it show that it's connected or disconnected?

Have you added your devices to Hybrid VPN and selected Do NOT VPN these services?

Hi, Yes I have. If I use the desktop app it works ( only on desktop obviously) but once I try to set it up on the router it just doesn't work.
