Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2020 For beta issues please post in the beta forum in future. Did you notice this pre beta? If you turn on a console for example and do the connection test, then click refresh on the UPnP page does the port entry appear?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2020 It might be the PPPoE causing it, we've seen it on occasion where it doesn't populate but it is actually opening ports. I'm assuming you've got an open NAT?
Bigben99
i don't get an open nat unless i forward the ports to get an open NAT do you know if is possible to get upnp working ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2020 In WAN Settings switch NAT to Open and that will give you an open NAT. I believe NG are working on it currently.

RedBull2k
I find it hard that its a PPPoE issue, what do you base that off from? @Netduma Fraser

Yes that's right. 50 minutes ago, RedBull2k said: I find it hard that its a PPPoE issue, what do you base that off from? @Netduma Fraser Without PPPoE on the same firmware I get UPnP populating, we're also doing some fixes around certain connection methods.
