My setup and ISP is zen broadband with pppoe on draytek vigor 130 modem plus xr500 then have all devices wired. Any help you can give will be much appreciated Thanks

If you turn on a console for example and do the connection test, then click refresh on the UPnP page does the port entry appear?
Bigben99 Posted October 30, 2020 Author Posted October 30, 2020 this was like it before i updated to the beta version and has been for awhile just been up very busy and have not reported/ asked for help. they do not appear when i test my ps4 connection and refresh it
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Posted October 30, 2020 It might be the PPPoE causing it, we've seen it on occasion where it doesn't populate but it is actually opening ports. I'm assuming you've got an open NAT?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Posted October 30, 2020 In WAN Settings switch NAT to Open and that will give you an open NAT. I believe NG are working on it currently.
