Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. It says you've got a WAN IP so it is communicating with the upstream router. Does the upstream router have internet?
justinq15
Yes i'm currently getting 360 down 24 up with my comcast modem/router. When i add the netduma in the mix the wifi on the comcast router works. The netduma page allows me to login and see everything but there is no internet whether im connected via ethernet/wifi. It was working a week ago fine.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2020 Okay on the DHCP part of the R2 settings just click apply again and see if that regains the connection, if not a reboot of the R2 should restore it. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2020 Clear your browser cache/cookies and then reboot the router. Otherwise do a factory reset which is what we usually recommend after doing an upgrade.

How did you try to update it ? it can’t revert back to an earlier firmware on a reset unless the update failed and you missed it or the GUI is showing the wrong information. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 18, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 18, 2020 Okay, reboot, see if it has upgraded. If it hasn't I'll get a dev to have a look at what might be blocking the upgrade tomorrow.

Okay thanks, I've passed it along to a dev. Make sure you have the router setup for an Open NAT, so if you have an open NAT on a console then you're fine, otherwise the dev won't be able to access the router and also enable remote support in settings please.
