Am0kGaming
Hi, I’m getting some ping spikes and packet loss with my r2. I don’t have any problems with my isp Router. Any ideas why!
Anilman92
Es gibt auch nen deutschen forum hier it looks like you are using multiple pings at the same time. close all tasks and restart the ping to 1 specific server. If it doesent help. Unplug the netduma r2 router from the power supply. set youre netduma r2 as exposed host in youre fritzbox (ipv4 and ipv6). plug the netduma r2 back and retry pingplotter. there will be a firmware update this week for the netduma r2
Alias 1aB
try unchecking the box under Qos that gives priority to all DumaOs classified games. I manually prioritized a port range. Maybe it will work for you. After i did that, my upload ping at load severely dropped ( went from 52 ms to less than 20 ms) and i didnt see ping spikes anymore in the connection benchmark utility. I have not had any issues with packet loss though. Only once in a while will it show me a 1% packet loss on various tests.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 13, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 13, 2020 You did two different targets there at different times, would be fairer test to do the same target one after the other to see if there is an issue. Please do that and post the results.
