Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you connect via ethernet are you able to access the interface and have you gone through the setup wizard? Once you do that check again for the WiFi, if it isn't on then go to Settings > WiFi, disable it completely, reboot, then enable it again and reboot and see if it works then.
