Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 27, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 27, 2020 How did you try to reboot the router? How long did you hold the reset button down for? - Needs to be about 30 seconds, then wait 1-2 minutes for it to boot. I haven't seen that link before but it's a very old method, try with this method instead as I know it works: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
Buster
i tried to reboot it using the reboot button on the interface. Waited a few minutes and noticed the amber light was just flashing, waiting another couple of minutes and it was still just flashing with no internet light on. held down the reset button on back of router for about 30 seconds and no joy. It is well out of warranty as i bought it when they were first released. il give that link a go

Then do a factory reset. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
