netduma r2 slow and cant connect to dumaos

my netduma r2 is very slow and im disapointed because i cannot use dumaos, its not working and whenever i try 192.168.77.1 it says it cant connect or if i use dumaos/ is doesnt work either.

Hello, welcome to the forum.

Have you tried performing a factory reset from the small rear hole?
Press it and hold it for 30 seconds, then release it and leave the R2 with the lights on and fully charged (a couple of minutes) and try to access and see if it improves your experience.

ive done that twice it didnt work for me.

What browser are you using?
Try clearing your browser's cache and try again.

What do you mean by very slow? Did you change any settings or anything prior to not being able to access the interface?
