Cannot access dumaos/

Every time I try to access my R2 software it tells me my connection is not private and i need to sign in. It it seems its asking me to sign into google not the R2 software. the issue is i dont have a sign in for this.

Can you provide a full screenshot of what you're seeing exactly please as that doesn't sound right at all.

Okay thanks, nothing to do with Google, it's just the interface username/password. If you have not previously accessed the interface/gone through the setup wizard then the username/password will be admin / password . If you have then it will be what you set it to in the setup wizard or if you changed it after that.

Okay, but nothing I put in works. Not the admin password, or what I thought I put in for the username and password. Is there a way to reset it?

Hold the button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then release and wait 2 minutes for it to boot correctly and then try to access the interface and go through the setup wizard.
