jrpbkpcap Posted September 14, 2020 Share Posted September 14, 2020 I am having an issue with the XR700 marking ip's directly from above services being marked as DOS attacks in the router. This was after a tftp update to the 1.0.1.24 update. It is disconnecting my internet connection. I really rather not turn off DOS attack protection. Any way to work around this or am I going to have to roll though the interwebs without my so called condom on from dos attacks until 3.0 possibly comes out? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 14, 2020 It is common for Netgear routers to falsely mark connections in that way but they won't actually be causing your to disconnect. It will be the DHCP issue that you are likely experiencing, this will be fixed for the beta build available soon.
