superpower Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I followed the instruction on how to sign in the DomaOS interface, and it keeps telling me that my connection isn't private, which is the first time it has ever done that. If anyone can help me get back in, that would be great.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5, 2020 Administrators Posted September 5, 2020 Usually when it does this it allows you to click a link to allow you access, does that work? Are you trying to access using HTTPS?
superpower Posted September 5, 2020 Author Posted September 5, 2020 I am using HTTPS, and I am still unable to access the DumaOS. It won't stop saying this connection isn't private, and I have tried going incognito, and nothing happens.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5, 2020 Administrators Posted September 5, 2020 Don't use HTTPS as it won't load correctly. Just use HTTP and it should load fine. There is no need to use HTTPS as it is a local site and there is no personal information being entered.
superpower Posted September 5, 2020 Author Posted September 5, 2020 I have tried using Firefox and Microsoft and I still get the same result.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5, 2020 Administrators Posted September 5, 2020 Could you provide a full screen/browser screenshot of what you are seeing please?
superpower Posted September 5, 2020 Author Posted September 5, 2020 Yes for some reason this kept popping up every time I put the username and password.
superpower Posted September 6, 2020 Author Posted September 6, 2020 Is there anyway to fix this because the router was working fine. I don't understand how I am able to access the internet with this router but not the dumasOS.
David824 Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 have you tried 192.168.77.1? I'm sure you have but I dont remember if you said you had. Other then that...its going to suck but maybe factory reset the router.
superpower Posted September 6, 2020 Author Posted September 6, 2020 I tried the factory reset and still no changes.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 6, 2020 Administrators Posted September 6, 2020 Well done for resolving it, the user/pass should have been whatever you set it to or admin/password after a reset.
