Every day or so I have to reboot the router to make 5G work. I see many exact same issues for others.

When is a fix coming out? It has been a ridiculous amount of time.

What channel are you using?

have you performed a factory reset and are you on the latest firmware?

XR 500

I have tried factory reset. Turned off DHCP.

Still every few days 5G stops working and I have to reboot the router.

I understood you can deprecate a few versions back and thew issue isn't there, but I am unsure of what security holes that reintroduces.

This is a known and now long standing issue if you do a cursory search on the internet.

I understand there ios a beta version of a new firmware, but does it fix it?

Why is the beta so hard to get?

The issue you're referring to that others are experiencing I believe is DHCP which is different to yours as you're only experiencing disconnects on 5GHz is that right? When do you notice the disconnects exactly, is it when you're far away from the router for example?

The 5G antenna just stops being broadcast/available. All devices no longer connect to it. I have a PC 5 feet away all the way to an ipad 30 feet away. The 2.4ghz antenna is there during this.

I've sent you a PM.
