mick Posted December 24, 2020 Share Posted December 24, 2020 I have the very same problem right from the start, cannot connect to the internet at all from either wifi or ethernet cable i have never seen the dashboard or been able to access the R2 in any way Duma shows up in the wifi list but when i input the password it says this net work cannot be accessed, i was previously using a TalkTalk router and linkMT992 Modem isp are talktalk and all works fine until i install the duma then nothing just lights on the router giving false readings saying i am connected to the internet, so been trying for 6 days finally gave up today will try and get a refund or sell on as faulty. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What happens when you try to access the interface when using a wired device? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see please?
