No internet connection?

I have the very same problem right from the start, cannot connect to the internet at all from either wifi or ethernet cable i have never seen the dashboard or been able to access the R2 in any way

Duma shows up in the wifi list but when i input the password it says this net work cannot be accessed, i was previously using a TalkTalk router and linkMT992  Modem isp are talktalk and all works fine until i install the duma then nothing just lights on the router giving false readings saying i am connected to the internet, so been trying for 6 days finally gave up today will try and get a refund or sell on as faulty.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What happens when you try to access the interface when using a wired device? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see please?

You're using a very old version of Internet Explorer by the looks of it. Could you use a more modern browser please and see if it works?

Yes tried my old desktop then two lap tops replaced the ethernet cable dashboard has arrived

Great to hear that! Now you can change the WiFi password so the rest of your devices can connect.
