Hey welcome to the forum.. Are other devices able to connect just fine? And is your xbox the only wired device connected to the R2?

I’m still trying to figure out the things on the router to find better lobbies so far I kind of have better lobbies but they only lasted for a couple games and went back to the lag I usto get. I haven’t set anything up really yet in the router

I'd recommend going through our optimal settings guides here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 as that should help you get to grips with it. It's not up to date for the R2 yet but should get you going. If you still need assistance let us know.

Are any devices connected to the ISP modem/router? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter settings please? For the Geo-Filter take the screenshot when you're in a game so we can see the ping. Are you located in the same place where that ping difference occurs?
