im from Portugal and i have a little problem. i play fifa, and i pink servers in UL or france with 50ping.

now, a new server is avaiable in Spain, and when i ping it i get this:

my question is, who do i complain about this?

my internet company will tell me that it aint teyr problem, since the ping will get high when outside portugal, and id3 will tell me to gtfo since other ppl have good ping, even on my country...

help pls

Wow okay that is a huge jump in ping there! Unfortunately with routing there is not much you can do at all apart from contacting the companies involved. You could try a gaming VPN - they claim to have better routing to servers and in this case it could be a potential solution.

paying is not an option, specially when ppl on my contry (other providers) have 20-25 ms ping

In that case I would recommend emailing cogent - [email protected] with the information you have gathered and see if they can do anything.
