Geo filter not working

When I am playing Call of Duty and I set the Geo-Filter to Strict Mode and Filtering Mode it doesn't always block players or servers outside of my set filter range.  Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It used to work just fine before and I am not sure why now filtering mode does not always work. I don’t used QOS as it is not required- my download 950 mbs and upload 500 (fibre connection).

Could you provide us a screenshot of what you're seeing please? The most likely reason is that you have Ping Assist enabled which allows you to get games outside your radius that are under the ping limit that you set. To turn this off set it to 0 if the Geo-Filter Map options. Games that have been Ping Assisted show with a dashed circle around them.

thanks for the quick reply, I will try that thanks mate.

For reference, I don’t use auto ping the ping assist is set at 30 Radius is generally ranges from 1500 to 2000+

Your ping assist would be the reason why, at times you connect to servers with same ping out side of your radius.
