VPN Status - "Failed" but logs empty

Ive recently signed up to NordVPN. 

Ive got the OPENVPN config file (below) and added it into Advanced tab a long with my NordVPN username and password. The status goes to connecting and then straight to failed. When checking in Logs, they are empty. 

Not sure what i am doing wrong and why its not showing anything in logs.

Could you do this please:

"Go to: https://nordvpn.com/servers/tools/

Then click: “Show available protocols”, and Download the UDP config, open the config with a notepad and copy all the contents.

Go to your XR500 VPN setting page, click advanced, type your username and password for your NordVPN account and paste the config content into the configuration box and click connect."

Thanks Fraser. This has now worked. 

I previously followed instructions to download Open VPN tool from the NordVPN site to get the config but this way is much better. 

Also it appears you are typing in magic "white" ink as i didn't realise you had provided extra text until i quoted you and it highlighted "NordVPN" "XR500" and "VPN" as having a spelling mistake
