I'd like to know if Geo filtering trough stadia is possible, since I tried setting it up but it seems to not work

Try selecting the google stadia device and changing it to be detected as a playstation.

There is no "Stadia" device to select, I also tried to switch the device to playstation but it doesn't work, I still match with random people

No there is no way to do this because you are connecting to a Google server, which then connects to all the other players (rather than you in your home). The only thing you have control over is your connection to the Google server, the rest is up to them.

Make sure you have setup your QoS optimally though as it will need a lot of your bandwidth (35mbps+) so you want to make sure no one else in your home steals bandwidth from you (http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos)
