homepage not working on any web browser

Does System Information load? If so go to the Rapp panel options and change the number of retries to 5 and then reboot the router, does it load properly then?

nothing pops up for rapp and only half the stuff loads

I think you'll need to do a factory reset then if that didn't work, do it from the interface and you should have access after that.
