Have to reset XR500 and nighthawk CM1150 anytime I want to play Apex (PS4)

I have tried disabling QoS and also enabling it. I have switched my Geo-Filter from Filtered to Spectating. The PS4 IP is reserved, UPnP is on, and I’m still having this issue. Once I reset the devices I can go to the main menu and start playing. After I get off and get back on later I have to reset everything again or else the menu will keep loading trying to connect me to the server, and then I get a ‘Code 100’ error. I try other servers and I still get the ‘Code 100’ error. 

 

What should I do?

Are you restarting the game fully between gameplay sessions? It might be that returning to the main menu after the PS4 has been on sleep mode will not redo the initial ping to all servers, which breaks the login.

I turn the PS4 off every night, I don’t do sleep mode. Every time I get home to play and boot up the PS4 I have to reset the modem and router to get it to work again to where I can login to Apex correctly. Again, I’m using the CM1150V and XR500.
