XR500 issue, slow and apps fail to load

Got the RX500 today, had a few issues setting up where it did not connect to the internet and fixed that now it seems that most of the dashboard doesn't load up.

Hey, welcome to the forum and Happy Holidays!

What do you mean by the dashboard doesn't load up? Do pages/panels have infinite loading circles or can you not even access the interface properly? If you could provide a screenshot that would help us understand what is happening.

Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum as well.  Just picked up an XR500 in the last week or so.  I did all the software/firmware updates, and it worked fine for a few days while I was setting everything up and getting used to it.  Now I'm experiencing a similar issue as JMcMuffin.  I can login to the interface, but quite a few of the R-apps are not loading, they just keep spinning.  I've tried rebooting both the router and my pc, logging out and back in. Nothing is working.

Hi mike tango, welcome to the forums!

Are you on the latest firmware version? It's 2.3.2.56

If you are on the latest, i'd suggest using a private/incognito window to load up DumaOS. If this fixes the issue, you need to clear your browser cache.

If none of that works, try doing a factory reset.
