Cambiar el DNS aceleraría marginalmente los tiempos de carga de la página web. Not exactly sure what the question is but changing DNS will not give you a better gameplay performance. DNS is basically matching URL's to the right IP address. When your computer has connected to a website once, it will remember the IP address and won't need to contact the DNS server again.
