sweetc Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Hi there. I find that my hybrid vpn app constantly hang. I always getting the message error. This r-app is not loaded yet. Please try again later. I get that message probably every 30 minutes. Is there a way to restart to app only without restarting the router?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2019 Administrators Posted September 15, 2019 Hey, welcome to the forum! No way to specifically restart the R-App and not the router. I would suggest first going to System Information, then under the R-App panel options change the number of retries from 3 to 5 and then reboot the router. If that doesn't work then you may need to do a factory reset.
sweetc Posted September 25, 2019 Author Posted September 25, 2019 Hello Fraser. Thanks for the reply. Did that. Changed by number of retires to 5..... but still the same thing... My hybrid VPN app is still always saying now loaded yet.... =-( Is my unit faulty?

sweetc Posted September 26, 2019 Author Posted September 26, 2019 XR500 V2.3.2.56 Yes I did factory reset the router. I didnt have this issue before upgrading. But i cant remember which version it was working.
