Alix Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Hi just confused I have enabled DMZ on my main router and entered wan ip of the netduma into the router the problem is the microphone as stopped working as soon I disable DMZ on the main royter and just used the powerline adaptors everything goes back to normal 🤔
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2019 Administrators Posted September 14, 2019 I can't imagine this would affect the microphone at all. You've definitely entered the correct IP of the router into the DMZ? Do a reboot after setting the DMZ, does the mic still cut out?
Alix Posted September 14, 2019 Author Posted September 14, 2019 I think it's the game as call of duty works
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2019 Administrators Posted September 14, 2019 That's really weird, are there any mic settings in the game that could be changed to combat this?
stef Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 happens to me on fortnite with mics ...strange because any other games work on chat...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2019 Administrators Posted September 14, 2019 If you change the server region does that impact it at all?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2019 Administrators Posted September 14, 2019 If other games work just fine then it is probably the game. Does it work if the Geo-Filter is disabled?
Alix Posted September 16, 2019 Author Posted September 16, 2019 Thanks for reply I did turn off dmz and game was okay might be go-filter will try turning off geo-filter and try again thanks 👍
