Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 24, 2019 Administrators Posted August 24, 2019 Try connecting to the router interface using 192.168.100.1, does that work? What happened prior to it not working anymore, were settings changed?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 24, 2019 Administrators Posted August 24, 2019 You need to hold that button down for 30 seconds and then let go, you should hear a beep. Then wait 2 minutes and try to connect to the internet/interface using the normal IP.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 25, 2019 Administrators Posted August 25, 2019 Where you able to access the interface though? After the reset could you do ipconfig again please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 25, 2019 Administrators Posted August 25, 2019 It's definitely done a reset as the gateway IP has gone back to the normal IP. So you're still unable to access via 192.168.88.1? If so unplug the router from power for 24 hours as sometimes it can fix issues like this.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted August 30, 2019 Administrators Posted August 30, 2019 So you've tried connecting via ethernet, then going to 192.168.88.1 in multiple browsers, and it doesn't work?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 31, 2019 Administrators Posted August 31, 2019 You said you couldn't connect to the internet after the 24 hours but is the interface accessible?
vigneaux Posted September 1, 2019 Author Posted September 1, 2019 No puedo conectarme pero puedo acceder a la interfaz
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted September 2, 2019 Administrators Posted September 2, 2019 Okay so have you gone to Settings > WAN Settings and made sure that you've put your broadband login details in correctly?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14, 2019 Administrators Posted September 14, 2019 Do you get a WAN IP shown in the System Information page on the R1 / device manager if not on DumaOS?
