Destiny 2 - PS4 - White listed Bungie Servers

Does anyone know how this works exactly? I am in Australia and quite often when the game loads up there are servers that pop up in the states and europe that are white with a white rectangle in them.... I assume these are some sort of login servers? what happens if i deny those servers.... will i also avoid people going through them?

Those servers are probably authentication servers. Destiny requires all dedicated servers to be allowed, or it won't work properly. This is why you have to disable Strict Mode to play Destiny.

It might not be possible to block those servers, as known authentication servers are permanently whitelisted, and blocking them might cause problems with the game anyway.

That said I believe that if you allow one of those servers and then ping it from the list, you might be able to block it.
