Gianludeep Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 Hello, I would like to point out that when the 5 Ghz band is under load the router emits an annoying buzz ... Only the 5 Ghz ... The 2.4 does not present the problem. It would seem to disappear or diminish almost inaudibly only if the trasmit power is moved from 100% to 75. Guest Killhippie Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 Probably coil whine, some graphics cards do it amongst other devices like some older first revision PS4's, and I know the old Netgear R7000 did it as well on 5Ghz.
