Mr.Stallion0013
To be clear im not having a problem at this time. The other night i turned my 360 on and it couldn't connect and was saying Xbox live was blocked. I went through all the Xbox troubleshooting but no luck. I plugged my gf Xbox in and it worked fine. Then I enabled her Xbox on the geofilter and bam I got disconnected and blocked again. After trying many different things I decided to plug straight into my modem and I was able to login again. So then I reset the R1 and plugged everything back in and it started working. I'm not very good with computers so I'm just wondering if this was a freak thing or if some how I did something wrong.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 8, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2015 Thats kind of strange, glad to hear its working now though. Ensure in settings > miscellaneous that auto and bleeding edge cloud is ticked and it shouldn't occur again. You may need to update as well. If you scroll to the bottom of any page on the router it should tell you the version you're on. Our latest is 1.03.4 so if you're on anything less follow the steps here exactly to update http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=manual_update
Mr.Stallion0013
I reset from the dashboard and it was just the router reboot not a factory reset. And I am on 1.03.4. Like I said it seems to be working fine now but I'd rather it didn't happen again it was a bit of a headache. I forgot to mention that everything worked fine besides the Xbox live. My computer and my WiFi were all working perfectly.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 8, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2015 Okay great then ensure you do the cloud as I said and it should be fine as we whitelist Xbox servers to ensure you can always connect to them
