Sameer
Last week, I upgraded to DumaOS for my R1 router and it was working fine until this morning I noticed the R1 has no power at all. There was no electric short-circuit smell or any physical damage to it. I tried to plug the adaptor to different socket but no joy. It is dead I guess. pollutionblues
It’s possible that it’s just your power supply that’s faulty. Someone from Netduma will be able to advise you on where to get a replacement.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted May 13, 2019 Administrators Share Posted May 13, 2019 Here's the exact one we use, the diameter of the pin is 2mm. https://mikrotik.com/product/18POW If you search 18POW on Google you'll see lots of places that sell it. I found some options on ebay and this particular adapter is very expensive, around £30. Any idea where I can buy cheaper one? Thank you!

Sameer
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B074LJYHH5/ref=cfb_at_prodpg I bought this one off the amazon. Worked perfectly with my R1. It was indeed the adapter at fault and not the R1.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted May 20, 2019 Administrators Share Posted May 20, 2019 That's great! I mean it's not great that the adapter was at fault but it's great that it's all working now!
