ronmargan Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Is there a log file so i could see if my router disconnect sometimes? I have this issue with my Smart Boiler (Switcher V2) that keeps disconnecting from my R1. I need to know if it's my R1 issue or the Smart Boiler.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted May 13, 2019 Administrators Posted May 13, 2019 On the System Information page, at the bottom, there's a Logs window. If you open the side-menu, you can download the log file.
